Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Our Services
We Do Dev Work provides software development, UX/UI design, AI development, and outsourcing services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work product created by We Do Dev Work shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Do Dev Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
