Best Software Development Companies in Thailand (2026): A Buyer's Shortlist

Best Software Development Companies in Thailand (2026): A Buyer's Shortlist

Thailand has become a serious place to build software. Bangkok and Chiang Mai have strong developers, the time zone overlaps with both Europe and Asia, and many companies here work for clients worldwide. But the agencies are hard to compare: few publish prices, ranking sites are partly paid, and every website promises the same things. This shortlist helps you find the right partner for your project.

A note before you read: this list is written by We Do Dev Work, and we put ourselves on it. We think that is fair as long as we say so, judge everyone on the same public facts, and tell you when another company is the better fit. Everything below about other companies comes from their own websites, checked on 16 October 2026.

What a software development company in Thailand does

A software development company designs, builds and maintains software for its clients: web applications, mobile apps, integrations between systems, and increasingly AI features. Most Thai agencies work in one or more of these ways:

  • Fixed-price projects: a clear scope, a fixed price, delivered in phases.
  • Time and materials: you pay for the time spent and steer as you go.
  • Dedicated teams: developers who work full-time in your team, billed per month.
  • Maintenance and support: hours each month to keep existing software running.

How we made this shortlist

We only included companies that are based in Thailand, build custom software for clients, and have a working website that describes what they do. For each one we looked at the same public information: location, founding year, team size, services, technologies, named clients and whether they publish prices. Where a company doesn't state something, we say so instead of guessing. We did not rank the companies after us by quality, because we can't see inside their projects. They are listed by what they are best suited for.

The best software development companies in Thailand (2026)

1. We Do Dev Work: best overall for quality, speed and clear communication

We Do Dev Work is a Bangkok team of developers, designers and project managers, founded by Vincent Trienpont, who earlier grew Trienpont International to a team of more than 60 people after its expansion to Thailand. We build web and mobile products, websites and AI features, and we maintain and rescue existing software.

What makes us different is that our prices are public: emergency help from €75 an hour with no minimum, monthly hours from €480, projects from €495 a day, and dedicated developers from €6,900 a month. In Thailand, fixed-price websites start at ฿29,995. You own the code and designs we make. We also build and run our own products, such as EngineeringScore, a free website audit, and MigrateXtoY. Recent work includes projects for UnimeasureAI, SCB, Put-it-on, RAS and Looomtea.

Why we put ourselves first: we are fast, because we work in small senior teams without layers of account management (a website goes live in about a week after we receive the content, and emergency help starts the same day). We communicate clearly, in plain English, and our prices are public, so there are no surprises on the invoice. We care about quality, because we run our own products and deal with the consequences of shortcuts ourselves. And we don't take ourselves too seriously: building software is hard enough without making the meetings painful too.

Best suited to: companies in Europe and Thailand that want quality, speed and straight answers, with the price known upfront, from one urgent fix to a dedicated team.

2. Seven Peaks: best for large enterprise programmes

Seven Peaks was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Bangkok, with more than 200 professionals from over 30 nationalities, according to its website. It covers product discovery, service design, UX/UI, development, quality assurance, cloud services and data and AI, and offers capacity scaling, offshore delivery and onsite consultants.

Best suited to: large organisations that need a big team for end-to-end digital programmes, including data and AI.

3. Manao Software: best for dedicated teams with published rates

Manao Software was established in 2007 and has offices in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, with 120 staff according to its website. It offers dedicated teams, fixed-price projects and time and materials, working with technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Node.js, React, Angular, React Native and Flutter. It is one of the few Thai agencies that publishes its rates: THB 600 to 2,200 per hour, depending on role and experience.

Best suited to: companies that want a dedicated team, especially for .NET or mobile work, with rates known upfront.

4. Nimble: best for product teams across Southeast Asia

Nimble has offices in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. It describes end-to-end software development: product ideation, technical specifications, UX and UI, web and mobile development and infrastructure management. Clients named on its website include Central Group, CP Group, PTT, SCG and The Pizza Company.

Best suited to: companies that want a product-minded web and mobile team with a presence in both Thailand and Vietnam.

5. Outsourcify: best for SMEs that want an in-house Bangkok team

Outsourcify was founded in 2013 by Thai and French software engineers and works from Thonglor in Bangkok with 34 team members, all in-house. It builds web apps and platforms, mobile apps, websites and e-commerce, and runs design workshops. Its preferred stack is JavaScript (Vue.js, React, Node.js), PHP (Symfony, Laravel) and Python, and it also works with WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify.

Best suited to: small and mid-size companies that want one team for web, e-commerce and mobile work.

6. Senna Labs: best for discovery-led corporate apps

Senna Labs is based at Gaysorn Centre in Bangkok. It offers web, mobile and cross-platform development, CRM systems, discovery workshops and process automation and AI integration. Clients and projects named on its website include AIA, True Digital, SCG, Banpu and Loscam.

Best suited to: corporates that want to start with discovery and user research before building apps, automation or AI features.

7. CODEMONDAY: best for integration-heavy enterprise systems

CODEMONDAY is a Bangkok company with more than 70 people, according to its website. It focuses on AI workflows, web and mobile apps, system integration and IT consulting, and names finance, healthcare, property and energy among its client industries. It works with integrations such as SAP, Salesforce and LINE, and with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.

Best suited to: enterprises that need new apps connected to existing systems such as ERP, core banking or hospital systems.

8. Frontware International: best for long-term technical outsourcing

Frontware was founded in 1997 in Bangkok, which makes it one of the longest-running companies on this list. It offers software outsourcing across Linux, Windows and mobile, Flutter apps, web applications with Go backends, and Odoo ERP integration, and it runs its own products, including the WELADEE attendance and HR system.

Best suited to: technical buyers who need backend, Linux or Odoo work from an experienced outsourcing partner.

9. SomTamLabs: best for French-speaking startups

SomTamLabs works from Sathorn in Bangkok and presents itself in French and English. It builds mobile apps, websites, ERP and CRM systems, and works in sprints with a test version at the end of each sprint and weekly check-ins, followed by a maintenance contract after delivery.

Best suited to: startups and small companies, especially French-speaking ones, that want an app built in short, visible sprints.

What to check before you sign

  1. Prices and terms: rates, minimum project size, minimum contract length and notice period, in writing.
  2. Ownership: you own the code and designs, and they live in your repository and your hosting accounts.
  3. Who does the work: in-house or subcontracted, how senior, and can you meet the developers?
  4. Communication: test the English (or your language) of the project manager and the developers on a call.
  5. Proof: case studies with named clients, and references you can actually call.
  6. After launch: what support, maintenance and hosting cost, and how fast they respond when something breaks.
  7. Contract and invoicing: which legal entity you contract with, which law applies, and how VAT and withholding tax work for foreign clients.

Ranking sites can help you find names, but some listings are paid, so treat them as a starting point, not a verdict. The best test is a small first project.

What software development costs in Thailand

Few agencies publish prices, so most quotes are a black box until you ask. The published numbers we found: Manao Software lists THB 600 to 2,200 per hour depending on role and experience. Our own prices are on our pricing page: from €75 an hour for emergencies, €495 a day for projects and €6,900 a month for a dedicated developer, and websites in Thailand from ฿29,995.
