Waterleau engaged WDDW to restore confidence in its mission-critical Capacity Planning Tool after a key SAP-integrated feature had been malfunctioning for more than a year. Working within a complex legacy codebase, WDDW rebuilt the affected module, introduced data governance mechanisms, and delivered a complete solution within eight weeks. The result was restored data integrity, renewed trust in the platform, and a continued partnership focused on future enhancements.

The project focused on redefining the platform’s positioning, elevating the branding, simplifying the full member experience, and rebuilding the technology foundation with modern scalable infrastructure. The result was a complete premium transformation including a new strategic brand identity, advanced multilingual platform functionality, AI-powered features, redesigned user journeys, and a global-ready brand system designed to support international expansion and long-term recognizability.

WDDW developed the platform completely from the ground up, including branding, UX/UI, multilingual infrastructure in 12 languages, and a scalable AI-enhanced CMS ecosystem optimized for SEO and content performance. Within just four months after launch, ThaiRanked achieved product-market fit with paying local businesses already using the platform for visibility and promotion. In the first six months alone, the platform generated over 2 million Google impressions and more than 30,000 monthly visitors, rapidly evolving into a growing discovery ecosystem for Thailand’s local business landscape.
